Job summary

Grand Portage Lodge & Casino seeks a Facility Manager / AFA Program Administrator to coordinate the Annual Funding Agreement (AFA) for Grand Portage National Monument, in collaboration with the Grand Portage Tribal Council and the National Park Service.

The role oversees maintenance coordination, procurement, accounts, and reporting, ensuring adherence to Tribal, NPS, and AFA requirements, and maintaining strong intergovernmental relations with partners.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education or experience in business, public administration, tribal administration, project management, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operational, administrative, and financial coordination for maintenance functions and AFA responsibilities at Grand Portage National Monument.
• Ensure compliance with Tribal, NPS, and AFA requirements.
• Manage project development and documentation.
• Oversee procurement, accounts, and reporting.
• Maintain effective communication and intergovernmental relations with the Tribal Council, RTC and NPS partners.
