This position represents the Grand Portage Band of Lake Superior Chippewa and the National Park Service in the implementation of the Annual Funding Agreement (AFA). The position provides operational, administrative, and financial coordination for maintenance functions and AFA responsibilities at Grand Portage National Monument. The role ensures compliance with Tribal, NPS, and AFA requirements; manages project development and documentation; oversees procurement, accounts, and reporting; and maintains effective communication and intergovernmental relations with the Tribal Council, RTC and NPS partners.
High school diploma or equivalent; higher education or experience in business, public administration, tribal administration, project management, or a related field preferred.
Grand Portage requires a background check and pre-employment drug and alcohol testing for all positions. American Indian Preference will apply.
