Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Some clerical or secretarial coursework is desirable.
• 1–2 years of facility/maintenance clerical experience preferred.
• Valid Texas driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain reports and documents for the department; manage contracts, payments, and receipts in shared folders.
• Answer phones and direct calls to appropriate staff; take messages as needed.
• Type correspondence, reports, schedules, and forms per instructions.
• Assist in generating and tracking work orders and purchase orders; submit purchase requests to accounting.
• Assist the department manager in tracking facility needs and budgeting items in the portal.
• Record minutes for department meetings and coordinate with vendors and staff.
