Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years in facility/maintenance or similar preferred.
• Valid Texas driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain reports for the department, contracts, payments, and receipts.
• Answer calls and direct to Facilities and Safety Manager or Maintenance Supervisor.
• Type correspondence and generate various reports.
• Assist in generating and tracking work orders and purchase orders.
• Track facility needs to support yearly budget planning via the organization Portal.
• Take minutes for Maintenance Department meetings and prepare summaries.
• Maintain filing and recordkeeping for PM schedules, inspections, and equipment.
• Assist with obtaining bids and updating SDS sheets and building inspections.
