Job summary

BCforward in Everett, WA is seeking a Facilitator/Trainer for a 3+ month contract. The role pays $30–$32 per hour and involves training across diverse industries with all instruction provided.

You will work with the Instructor Resource Management team to train leads and managers and ensure timely communication of updates. We value 1–3 years of training, leadership or management experience, strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and proficiency with MS Office.

Job Title: Facilitator/Trainer

Duration: 3+ Months

Location: Everett, WA 98204

Pay Range: $30hr-$32/hr

This is a Facilitator/Instructor role where we are looking for someone with Training or instructor experience in army/Navy, corporate environment or in college/university. In this role you would be responsible for training folks in different industries including electrical, aerospace, mechanical or EHS but we are not looking for someone with knowledge or experience in any of these industries. all the training will be provided. NOT LOOKING FOR ANY SPECIFIC INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE.
