The Instructional Training Facilitator supports the USTRANSCOM mission by developing, delivering, and sustaining training. This role ensures personnel across USTRANSCOM, Joint Operational Medicine Information Systems ( JOMIS ) , Combatant Commands, and global operational units are proficient in performing workflows, conducting patient movement coordination, executing medical regulating, and maintaining in-transit visibility operations.

You Have:

3+ years of experience facilitating and delivering training in classroom and hybrid or virtual environments

Experience using ADDIE or Adaptive-ADDIE met hodology in authoring instructional materials, learning objectives, and knowledge and performance tests

Ability to travel up to 75% of the time

Nice If You Have:

Experience with DoD patient movement processes, healthcare operations, or transportation or logistics systems

Experience designing multimodal training, including microlearning, simulations, and advanced scenario-based training

Possession of excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder e nga gement skills

ISD Certification or equivalent professional training credential

The projected compensation range for this position is $69,300.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD).
