- Proven ability to guide onshore and offshore delivery teams.
- Strong project estimation, planning and risk management.
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead requirements sessions with client stakeholders.
- Analyze payer systems and processes to identify opportunities.
- Design end-to-end Facets Enrollment solutions and integration needs.
- Provide technical and functional leadership to delivery teams.
- Drive project estimation, planning and governance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve challenges.
- Support platform modernization from legacy systems to Facets.
- Promote AI-enabled engineering practices.
