Cosentino is seeking an experienced Project Manager in Florida to lead façade projects from discovery through delivery. You will liaise with clients, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure specifications, timelines, and costs meet stakeholders' expectations.

Ideal candidates bring at least 5 years in façade project management, strong English skills (B2-C1), and degrees in Engineering, Architecture, or Drafting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years as Project Manager in façade industry or related products.
• English proficiency at B2-C1 level (test to be conducted).
• Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Drafting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress.
• Address client concerns and ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure technical specifications are met and align with client requirements.
• Conduct economic feasibility studies and provide cost estimates.
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status and performance.
• Assist the sales team in project management tasks to ensure smooth project execution.
• Provide technical support and expertise during client meetings and presentations.
• Ensure all project deliverables are completed and meet client expectations.
