DeSimone Consulting Engineering is seeking a Facade Project Manager to lead façade design and consultancy on complex building envelopes in Miami or New York. You will coordinate with architects, owners, contractors and project teams, manage scope, schedule and budgets, and mentor junior staff.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in Architecture or Engineering, licensure, 5+ years in building envelope systems, and proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and related tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering or related field.
• Licensure in Architecture or Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with building envelope systems and materials.

Responsibilities

• Lead façade design and consulting projects from planning through construction.
• Coordinate with architects, owners, contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, deliverables, and milestones.
• Assign work to project team members, review progress, provide quality control, and ensure deadlines are met.
• Identify project risks and communicate scope, budget, or schedule concerns proactively.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high‑quality deliverables.
