Job summary

Cosentino in Florida seeks a Project Manager with a minimum of five years' experience in facade projects (ventilated facades, curtain walls). You will coordinate with Sales, Product, Quality, and Project Management teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful delivery.

You will maintain client communications, address concerns, verify specs, and support cost estimates and risk mitigation. A degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Drafting is required and English must be B2-C1.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years as a Project Manager in façade industry.
• English level B2-C1 (proficiency test will be conducted).
• Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Drafting.
• Strong skills in project management, meeting deadlines, cross‑department collaboration, and CAD/Excel knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress.
• Address client concerns and ensure their satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure technical specifications are met and align with client requirements.
• Conduct economic feasibility studies and provide cost estimates.
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status and performance.
• Assist the sales team in project management tasks to ensure smooth project execution.
• Provide technical support and expertise during client meetings and presentations.
• Ensure all project deliverables are completed and meet client expectations.
