Fabricator/ Welder/ Mechanic

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Fabricator who can work independently and bring expertise in welding, basic mechanics, and fabrication. If you're someone who enjoys solving problems, working with different metals, and improving processes, you could be the perfect fit!

Key Responsibilities:

1. Independently fabricate parts and components with precision.
2. Weld a variety of metals including Aluminum and Steel.
3. Perform basic mechanical tasks such as oil changes, brake repairs, component replacements, basic wiring, and HVAC work.
4. Ensure high-quality results and maintain consistent productivity.
5. Work in a safe manner and adhere to safety standards.

Qualifications:

1. Experience with welding (Aluminum, Steel).
2. Basic mechanical skills (brakes, oil change, alternators, wiring, HVAC).
3. Ability to read and use tools like tape measures, calipers, and angle finders.
4. Basic knowledge of milling machines, and lathes is a plus.
5. Ability to pass a drug test and meet production and quality standards.
6. A great work ethic and team player attitude are essential.
