The role requires hands-on fabrication experience, mechanical aptitude, and proficiency with measuring tools. You will read blueprints, set up CNC and robotic equipment, weld as needed, and maintain a clean 5S workstation in a safety-focused

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Hands-on fabrication experience and ability to read blueprints.
• Experience with measuring tools and surface preparation.
• Ability to read tolerances and work to specifications.
• Must be able to perform physical tasks and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and form sheet metal using various shop tools and equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders.
• Set up and operate CNC and robotic fabrication equipment.
• Fit, assemble, tack-weld, and fasten metal components.
• Perform MIG, TIG, and spot welding as required.
• Prepare surfaces for painting and apply primers/coatings.
• Inspect and ensure quality; perform touch-ups as needed.
• Maintain 5S standards and safety compliance.
