Qualifications

• 5 years of industrial painting experience required.
• High-school diploma or GED preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Apply abrasive blasting for surface preparation.
• Apply paints and specialty coatings.
• Interpret job work orders to perform required work.
• Notify Supervisor of materials/equipment needs to complete tasks.
• Interact with crew and Supervisor in a team environment.
• Follow safety rules and maintain a clean work area.
• Follow in-house quality processes and client-specific procedures.
• Ensure customer quality assurance standards are met.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
• Knowledge of equipment and tools for safe blasting entry.
• Prioritize multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Follow oral and written instructions.
