Job summary

Westmor Industries, LLC is seeking a Fabricator in Morris, MN to produce high-quality metal components. You will read blueprints, measure, cut, grind, fit, and assemble parts, and operate fabrication equipment to maintain production flow.

• Measure, cut, grind, fit, and assemble metal components.
• Operate fabrication equipment, including saws, presses, brakes, and laser systems.
• Inspect parts to ensure quality, dimensional, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to meet schedules.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Key Responsibilities

Compensation

• The starting pay range for this position is $18-$22 per hour. Final compensation is based on skills, experience, qualifications, and work location.
• Night shift positions receive an additional $3 per hour shift differential.

Schedule

• Monday–Thursday | 4:30 PM - 5:00 AM
