Job summary

Superior Industries in Morris, MN is seeking a skilled Fabricator to join our night-shift team. You will fabricate parts, read blueprints, and ensure precise tolerances while supporting our production process.

Shift: 4:30pm–3:00am, Mon–Thu. Pay: $19–$24/hour with a $3/hour night shift differential. Benefits include health, dental and vision insurance, PTO, 401K with 5% match, boot reimbursements and spot bonuses.

Qualifications

• Reliable attendance and ability to work in a team.
• Able to read blueprints with attention to detail.
• Proficient in reading standard tape measure gradations and basic conversions.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate parts with precise tolerances.
• Update paperwork reflecting changes accurately.

we’re looking for a skilled and dedicated Fabricator to join our night shift team. This role involves fabricating parts and carrying out various tasks to support our production process. If you have a strong attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and relevant experience.

Night Shift: 4:30pm - 3:00am Monday through Thursday

Compensation: The starting pay range for this position is $19-$24 per hour. Final compensation will depend on various factors including: skills, experience, and location. Night shift positions receive an additional $3 per hour shift differential.

Key Responsibilities

• A Fabricator is responsible for completing the following duties:
• Read and interpret detailed blueprint drawings and dimension styles.
• Fabricate parts with precise tolerances.
• Update paperwork and reflect any changes accurately
• Safely operate forklifts and cranes, including acquiring and maintaining training certificates.

Qualifications

• Reliable attendance and the ability to work in a team environment.
• Able to read blueprints with attention to detail.
• Proficient in reading 1/8”, 1/16”, and 1/32” gradations on a tape measure, converting feet to inches, and converting fractions to decimals.
