Job summary

Westmor Industries is seeking a Fabricator in Morris, MN to read blueprints, cut and assemble metal components, and operate fabrication equipment. This role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and teamwork in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule (6:00 AM - 4:30 PM) with pay ranging from $18 to $22 per hour, based on skills and experience. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and a strong 401K program.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders.
• Measure, cut, grind, fit, and assemble metal components.
• Operate fabrication equipment, including saws, presses, brakes, and laser systems.
• Inspect parts to ensure they meet quality, dimensional, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to meet production schedules.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Compensation

The starting pay range for this position is $18-$22 per hour. Final compensation is based on skills, experience, qualifications, and work location.

Schedule

Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
