Job summary

Westmor Industries, LLC in Morris, MN is hiring a Fabricator to read blueprints, cut and assemble metal parts, and operate fabrication equipment. You will work Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with a focus on safety and quality in a fast-growing manufacturing environment.

Starting pay ranges from $18 to $22 per hour, with final compensation based on skill and location. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, paid vacation, boot reimbursement, and weekly pay.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders.
• Measure, cut, grind, fit, and assemble metal components.
• Operate fabrication equipment, including saws, presses, brakes, and laser systems.
• Inspect parts to ensure they meet quality, dimensional, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to meet production schedules.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Compensation

• The starting pay range for this position is $18-$22 per hour.
• Final compensation is based on skills, experience, qualifications, and work location.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
