Job summary

Westmor Industries in Minnesota is seeking a Fabricator to read blueprints, measure, cut, and assemble metal parts for our manufacturing operations. You will operate saws, presses, brakes, and laser systems, and ensure parts meet quality and safety standards while supporting production schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders
• Measure, cut, grind, fit, and assemble metal components
• Operate fabrication equipment, including saws, presses, brakes, and laser systems
• Inspect parts to ensure they meet quality, dimensional, and safety standards
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to meet production schedules

• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Compensation

• The starting pay range for this position is $18-$22 per hour. Final compensation is based on skills, experience, qualifications, and work location.
• Night shift positions receive an additional $3 per hour shift differential.

Schedule

• Monday–Thursday | 4:30 PM - 5:00 AM
