Job summary

Eaton is hiring a Fabricator II for the 3rd shift in the ES AMER ARS division. The role involves resistance welding and riveting parts per specifications, with opportunity to set up welders and inspect weld quality. You will follow safety policies, maintain clean work areas, and assist in training peers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Experience with resistance welding and rivets is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specs.

Responsibilities

• Resistance weld and/or rivet parts according to methods and specs.
• Set up welder with tips, posts, and tooling; adjust controls.
• Inspect welds using measuring tools and perform rework if needed.
• Follow safety policies and PPE requirements.
• Interpret orders/drawings to perform procedures.
• Maintain 5S and clean work areas; support cross-training.
