Eaton is seeking a Fabricator II (3rd Shift) to operate resistance welding and riveting processes, ensuring weld quality and conformance to drawings. The role includes setup, inspection, and potential rework, with a focus on safety and Eaton quality standards.

Responsibilities include working in a climate-controlled environment, participating in cross-training, and contributing to a collaborative team while meeting production targets on the 11 PM–7 AM shift.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Must not have a warning on file and eligible for the role.
• Six months in current role is required before applying to another position.

Responsabilités

• Resistance weld and/or rivet parts per drawings and specs.
• Serve as a quality checkpoint for welds and rivets.
• Set up resistance welder including tips, post, arms, tooling, and controls.
• Inspect parts and weld quality using measuring tools.
• Follow safety policies and Eaton quality standards; perform rework as needed.
• Work independently and with others; maintain clean work area per 5S.
• Learn and cross-train in various areas and train new employees.
