Job summary

PowerSecure is seeking a skilled Fabricator to complete shop orders using diverse fabrication equipment and techniques. You will work with sheet metal and copper components, ensuring parts meet drawings and specifications. A strong focus on precision, safety, and collaboration is essential.

The role requires experience with both manual and computer-controlled fabrication tools, plus certification and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or GED) preferred but not required.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• Fabricator 1 – 6 months or more experience in fabricating components.
• Fabricator 2 – 4 years or more experience in fabricating components.
• Fabricator – 15 years or more experience in fabrication equipment.
• Associates degree in Metal Fabrication Technology or equivalent experience preferred.
• Forklift and scissor lift certification.
• Ability to fabricate geometrically complex sheet metal and/or copper components with various equipment.
• Able to work well individually or in a team.
• Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities
