STRUCTURAL TECHNOLOGIES is seeking a Shop Operator to support fabrication and assembly of steel components. You will operate shear rails, perform stud welding, and manage cutting lines while ensuring quality and safety in a fast-paced shop environment.

The role requires reading engineering drawings, teamwork, and strong attention to detail. Candidates should be comfortable handling heavy materials and following safety procedures in a full-time, in-person setting.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience as Shop Operator preferred in steel fabrication or construction.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Operate shear rails to cut and shape steel per specs.
