Motion is seeking a Fabricator in Cedar Rapids, IA, to join our team producing belts and hoses for diverse industries. This full-time role starts at $20.50 per hour with progressive raises every 6 months for the first 36 months, reflecting performance and tenure.

You will perform multiple fabrication tasks, operate equipment, read work orders, and handle materials safely. The position emphasizes teamwork, quality, and on-site operations in a manufacturing environment near Cedar Rapids.

Qualifications

• Read and understand work orders with instruction.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. frequently and 70 lbs. occasionally.
• Basic arithmetic for measurement and material calculations.
