Job summary

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a fabrication associate in Neenah, WI to read work orders and blueprints, measure and shape plastics, and operate fabrication equipment including CNC machinery. You will assemble components, perform finishing operations, and inspect parts for quality in a safety-focused environment.

The role requires attention to detail, dexterity, and willingness to learn new fabrication techniques; standing for long periods and lifting materials is expected.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, drawings, and job instructions
• Measure, mark, cut, and shape plastic materials to precise specifications
• Operate fabrication equipment including saws, routers, drills, and CNC machinery
• Assemble components using adhesives, plastic welding, fasteners, or mechanical joining methods
• Perform finishing operations such as trimming, deburring, sanding, and polishing
• Inspect parts for accuracy, quality, and conformance to specifications
• Troubleshoot issues with parts, materials, or equipment during fabrication
• Package completed components for shipment or transfer to the next production stage
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all safety procedures and use required PPE at all times

Job description

Hours:

Monday - Thursday, 6:00am - 4:30pm

Pay:

$20.00/HR

Duties:

• Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, drawings, and job instructions
