Job summary

Express Employment Professionals Oshkosh WI is seeking a Temporary Assembler to join a fast-paced manufacturing team. You will perform basic assembly, validate materials, and follow work instructions to meet quality and schedule requirements.

The position offers Monday–Thursday shifts from 5:30am to 3:30pm, with overtime on Fridays as needed, at $18.10 per hour. Benefits include health and vision plans, 401(k), and life insurance, with weekly pay and opportunities for additional assignments.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing setting and familiarity with manufacturing processes.
• Ability to perform highly repetitive assembly tasks with accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork within a production line.
• Accountability for own actions and follow-through on tasks.
• Ability to understand and execute basic assembly procedures from instructions.

Temporary Assembler Position!

Hours: Monday - Thursday, 5:30am - 3:30pm

* OT as needed on Friday from 5:30am-1:30pm

Pay: $18.10/HR

Duties:

• Perform basic assembly work to manufacture products in a cost-effective and timely manner while meeting quality standards.

• Validate materials prior to beginning assembly.

• Review and follow work instructions.

• Build products per specifications and within required tolerances.

• Complete clean-up and housekeeping procedures.

• Follow all quality, safety, and work rules, including wearing appropriate PPE.

Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing experience, including knowledge of manufacturing processes, or related experience.

• Ability to perform highly repetitive assembly tasks in a manufacturing environment.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to effectively communicate and work in a team environment.

• Accountability for own actions and follow-through on commitments.

• Ability to understand and execute basic standard assembly procedures and interpret basic instructions.
