Job summary

Express Employment Professionals in Oshkosh, WI is seeking a skilled welder for 1st or 2nd shift. You will perform MIG, TIG, and Stick welding, read blueprints, and inspect welds to ensure quality and safety. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG, TIG, and Stick welding operations according to blueprints, specifications, and work instructions.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding symbols to ensure accurate fabrication and assembly.
• Prepare materials for welding by measuring, fitting, and positioning components.
• Inspect completed welds for quality, accuracy, and compliance with company standards.
• Identify and correct welding defects as needed.
• Operate welding equipment safely and efficiently while maintaining productivity goals.
• Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on welding equipment.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet production schedules and quality requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

1st Shift: Monday - Thursday, 6:30am - 4:30pm

2nd Shift: Monday - Thursday, 4:30pm - 2:30am

Pay:up to $30.00/HR
