Job summary

Baer Manufacturing is seeking detail-oriented Fabricators to join our growing team in Texas. Welders assemble and fabricate metal structures using MIG, TIG and Arc processes, read blueprints, and ensure precision and safety.

Qualifications

• Read blueprints, schematics, and detailed drawings to determine specifications and dimensions.
• Operate MIG, TIG and Arc welding equipment to fuse metal segments.
• Inspect welded surfaces and structures to identify flaws and ensure specifications.
• Maintain welding equipment in safe working condition.
• Collaborate with team members to meet project timelines and specs.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures for a safe environment.
• Participate in Lean Manufacturing and 5S to improve processes.

Welders are responsible for assembling and fabricating metal structures and equipment through the use of welders, cutters, shapers, and measuring tools. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of welding techniques, and a commitment to safety and quality.
