Job summary

Baer Manufacturing in the United States is seeking an Electrical Quality Control Specialist to join our manufacturing team. You will oversee quality assurance for electrical products, perform inspections, document results, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in a union environment.

You will develop QC procedures, analyze processes for improvement, train staff, and collaborate with design, ACP and production teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or 5–10 years of electrical construction experience.
  • Proven quality control or quality assurance experience in the electrical industry.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, components, and industry standards.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Job Description Summary

Baer Manufacturing, a leader in the Electrical Construction industry, is committed to delivering high-quality products and services. We are seeking a dedicated Electrical Quality Control Specialist to join our Manufacturing team and ensure the highest standards of quality in our electrical systems and products. The Electrical Quality Control Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance processes related to the building of electrical products and components. This role involves inspecting, documenting, and evaluating electrical products to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. This is a Union position with the IBEW Local 14.
