Qualifications

• Experience in fabrication, construction operations, VDC coordination, or shop production environments preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to read drawings and ISO sheets.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with shop personnel and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with shop leadership to implement standardized technology procedures for fabrication.
• Coordinate with VDC and project teams to align fabrication models and production schedules.
• Manage and optimize shop scheduling for efficient utilization and on-time delivery.
• Track and report fabrication productivity metrics using MSuite/Excel and identify improvements.
• Support digital tool integration including spool management platforms and workflow technology.
• Coordinate material availability through take-offs and procurement support.
