Qualifications

• Experience leading fabrication teams.
• Ability to develop and manage schedules and manpower.
• Strong safety culture with adherence to EHS and ISO standards.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with 5S and continuous improvement practices.

Responsibilities

• Foster a safe work environment and enforce safety procedures, PPE, and continuous improvement tools.
• Develops schedules and manpower requirements for assigned areas.
• Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel for efficient operation.
• Owns Tier 2 boards to support management decisions.
• Adapt to changes based on customer delivery requirements.
• Assist operators in problem solving for continuous improvement.
• Support managers on performance reviews and GPD conversations.
• Owns employee timecards and time off requests.
• Recommend training and development of personnel skills.
• Coordinate with maintenance to keep production machines running smoothly.
• Lead in resolving quality issues and problems.
• Own the 5S program in the assigned area.
• Promote the company vision, mission, and culture in actions and decisions.
• Engage in Employee Suggestions Program.
