Job summary

Dover Fueling Solutions (DFS) is seeking a Fabrication Team Lead in Austin, TX. You will lead a team operating state-of-the-art sheet metal fabrication equipment, including CNC laser and robotics, while driving quality, safety, and continuous improvement across the line.

In this hands-on role you will own KPI boards, mentor operators, and collaborate with maintenance and quality teams to ensure smooth operations and on-time downstream assembly.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a fabrication team in a manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on with CNC laser and robotic bend cells.
• Strong ability to drive continuous improvement and safety culture.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC laser to cut sheet metal parts.
• Operate automated bend cells with robotics to form parts.
• Own KPI boards to support management decisions.
• Support personnel development and performance conversations.
• Lead 6S program and maintain safe, organized work areas.
• Champion PPE, EHS standards and safety initiatives.
