Miller Electric is seeking a Fabrication Support member to join the Components Division. The role focuses on assisting manufacturing operations, ensuring quality and efficiency, and supporting the paint line with loading, unloading, masking, and assembly tasks.

A safety-first mindset and teamwork are essential, with opportunities to advance toward a Fabricator role. Ideal candidates will be reliable, detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and capable of standing for long shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Reliable, self-motivated and team oriented with strong communication.
• Detail oriented and mechanically inclined.
• Willing to cross-train; stand 12 hours; lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload parts on the paint line.
• Ensure quality and packaging per customer’s request.
• Attach and remove hooks from the paint line.
• Apply masking materials to protect surfaces.
• Install PEM nuts and weld nuts onto components.
• Move materials to support production flow.
• Receive training in painting techniques and processes.
• Perform additional tasks to support operations.
