Job summary

Commercial Metals is hiring for a hands-on production role in a fast-paced environment. The position supports loading, unloading, and operating fabrication equipment, with strong emphasis on safety and teamwork. Training is provided to help you grow across multiple machines and processes.

The role requires the ability to work outdoors in all weather, lift up to 50 pounds, and cross-train as needed. Starting pay is competitive with 401(k), benefits from day one, and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work outside in heat or cold.
• Able to cross-train as required.
• Follow OSHA, EPA, and company safety policies and regulations.
• Possess strong work ethic and safe working habits.

Responsibilities

• Attend training regarding applicable equipment.
• Assist loading fabricated rebar on trailers and unloading stock material.
• Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean, orderly condition.
• Operate production machines per procedures and guidelines.
• Participate in CMC Safety Programs and uphold Safety Culture.
• Crosstrain on multiple machines.
• Operate rebar fabrication equipment (shears, benders, cranes, forklift, etc.).
