The position offers a competitive salary of $81,000–$112,000 per year, with full-time hours Fri-Sun, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of manufacturing management experience or equivalent.
• Leadership experience in a fabrication or manufacturing environment.
• Experience interviewing, coaching, mentoring, and developing employees.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement practices.
• Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings and blueprints.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication, presentation, organizational, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop fabrication supervisors and production teams.
• Oversee department performance, productivity, quality, and safety metrics.
• Ensure production schedules are met and machine builds are completed on time.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Monitor workforce performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Collaborate across departments to support operational goals.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and high-performing manufacturing environment.
• Support employee training, engagement, and professional development.
