Job summary

Kloeckner Metals is seeking a detail-oriented administrator to support order processing, data entry for shipping and pricing, and inventory tracking across KMC and OOP locations. You will enter sales orders, monitor raw materials, and assist Fabrication Account Managers in daily duties.

Qualifications emphasize problem solving, customer service, and strong communication. This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and comfort with office software.

Responsibilities

• Works collaboratively with internal and external customers to drive the vision and mission.
• Processes data entry related to shipping logs, PO’s, pricing, and information.
• Completes Sales Order/Confirmation entries based on customer PO’s.
• Assists with entering orders and tracking raw material inventory and transfers.
• Inputs production data for accounts as directed; updates daily reports and tools.
• Supports Fabrication Account Managers with various duties as required.
