Klöckner & Co SE is seeking a Fabrication Sales Assistant to support the Fabrication Account Manager with a range of administrative duties for assigned accounts. The role involves data entry for shipping, pricing, and POs, and processing Sales Orders/Confirmations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal and external customers to drive Kloeckner Metals' vision and mission.
• Process data entry for shipping logs, POs, pricing, and related information.
• Enter Sales Orders/Confirmations based on customer POs.
• Assist with entering orders and tracking raw material inventory and transfers.
• Input OOP production of fabricated components for accounts as directed.
• Update daily reports and account management tools.
• Assist Fabrication Account Managers with various duties as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
