Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of HACCP, GMP and SSOP procedures.
• Ability to interact with USDA and present records.
• Experience in gathering data and assisting QA supervision.

Responsibilities

• Monitor SOPs, SSOPs and GMP compliance of associates.
• Review records for accuracy and accountability.
• Aid QA supervision in data gathering and investigations.
• Work with production staff to monitor product specifications and correct deficiencies.
• Propose solutions and work with minimal supervision.
• Monitor implementation of food safety and quality procedures on the floor.
• Usual shift: 8.5 hours, 6 days a week, subject to change day-by-day.
