Job summary

JBS Foods is seeking a Fabrication QA Tech I to support quality assurance on the production floor in Michigan. The role involves monitoring SOPs, SSOPs, and GMP compliance, and coordinating with USDA as records are requested.

You will assist QA supervision with data collection and investigations, and work closely with production to ensure product specifications are met. The position requires the ability to operate with limited supervision, and to adapt to shift changes, including 8.5-hour shifts

Qualifications

• Monitor SOPs, SSOPs and GMP compliance.
• Aid USDA records and inspections.
• Assist QA supervision with data gathering and investigations.
• Work with production to monitor specs and correct deficiencies.
• Willing to work with minimal supervision.
