Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-3 years of experience in quality assurance preferred.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor SOPs, SSOPs and GMP compliance of associates and perform HACCP procedures.
• Have contact with USDA and present records upon request.
• Review records for accuracy and accountability.
• Aid QA supervision and management in data gathering and investigations.
• Collaborate with production to monitor product specifications and correct deficiencies.
• Develop solutions to problems and work with minimal supervision.
• Traverse and stand in cold/freezing environments.
