Job summary

bls-us is seeking a Project Coordinator to support project execution in the Fabrication division. You’ll work with Project Managers, shop foremen, engineers, vendors and field teams to keep projects within budget and aligned with customer expectations.

Responsibilities include maintaining schedules, reviewing drawings and specs, coordinating with procurement and subcontractors, tracking progress, and ensuring safety and quality standards while delivering clear updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Proficiency in interpreting structural drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication for cross-team collaboration.
  • Detail-oriented with accountability and follow-through.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure stated timelines for delivery are held to.
  • Maintain fabrication schedule and milestones to hit OTD dates.
  • Daily communication with shop foreman to verify milestones are met.
  • Review drawings, specifications, and quotes to understand project expectations.
  • Coordinate with vendors and procurement to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Monitor smaller project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
  • Maintain organized project documentation and assist with closeout and logistics.
  • Collaborate across teams to improve efficiency and processes.
