Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of project management experience in structural steel fabrication.
• Experience in structural steel estimating, including change orders and pricing.
• Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings.
• Knowledge of AISC Code of Standard Practice, AISC 360 and AWS D1.1.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, change orders, and progress billing.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
• Strong written and verbal communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under deadline pressure.
• Valid driver's license and travel ability.

Aufgaben

• Oversee post-award project execution for structural steel fabrication projects.
• Coordinate with estimating, detailing, engineering, procurement, shop operations, QC, PM, and field erection teams.
• Develop project schedules and erection sequences aligning detailing, procurement, fabrication, coatings, and shipping.
• Set up project dashboards to track budget for material, shop hours, detailing, coatings, freight, and erection.
• Manage shop drawing and erection drawing submittals through approval cycles with GC and engineer of record.
• Coordinate RFIs, resolve design conflicts, and ensure stamped calculations where required.
• Coordinate procurement and production, including mill orders and release to shop.
• Plan load sequences and deliveries; coordinate field teams and site access.
• Track costs, forecast cost-to-complete, and process change orders and progress billings.
