Job summary

BRDG Studios, LLC is seeking a hands-on Fabrication Project Manager in New Jersey to lead planning, coordination, and execution of fabrication and production projects from concept to installation. The role emphasizes turning creative ideas and technical drawings into buildable solutions while balancing schedules, budgets, materials, labor, and shop capacity.

You will guide day-to-day production operations, collaborate with design, project management, and installation teams, and ensure projects

Qualifications

3–5+ years in fabrication, production management, scenic fabrication, or related field.
Ability to interpret construction drawings, shop drawings, and design intent.
Experience coordinating workflows, managing multiple projects with deadlines.
Comfort using project management tools and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily fabrication and production activities from design through installation.
Develop and maintain production schedules, work plans, and milestones.
Translate project scopes and drawings into actionable production plans with labor/equipment needs.
Coordinate multiple projects balancing shop capacity and shifting priorities.
Monitor progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement schedule/budget fixes.
Coordinate with installation teams to ensure builds are delivered on spec and on time.
