Burrow Global Fabrication is seeking a hands-on Fabrication Project Manager with 8–10 years of industrial fabrication experience. You will own the end-to-end master schedule from initial drawings through final delivery, coordinating cross-functional teams on-site in Jacksonville.

The role emphasizes execution, on-time delivery, and tight integration with shop operations, QA/QC, and procurement. Strong communication and leadership are essential in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of hands-on industrial or steel fabrication shop experience.
• Deep understanding of steel fabrication processes, welding standards, QA/QC workflows, coating/finishing protocols, and shop floor logistics.
• Strong track record of tracking procurement, managing schedules, developing estimates, managing budgets, and controlling change orders.
• Clear, direct communication style with the ability to interface effectively between shop personnel, procurement, and external clients.

Responsibilities

• Master Schedule Ownership: Lead and manage the complete project lifecycle from drawings through final delivery.
• Project Dashboard & Reporting: Maintain a dashboard tracking key metrics like deliverables, overdue tasks, bottlenecks and budgets.
• Team Coordination: Run weekly cross-functional shop meetings to clear roadblocks and align schedules.
• Execution & Control: Monitor labor hours vs. budget, manage scope changes, and coordinate customer inspections and deliveries.
