Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; pursuing associate or bachelor degree preferred.
• Technical process, machining, stamping, and fabrication experience or training is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing new processes to the plant.
• Problem-solve machining and stamping issues.
• Program CNC machines using G-Code and Conversational.
• Support rebuilds of old equipment to like-new condition.
• Identify critical spare parts and coordinate with maintenance.
• Support shop floor layout with AutoCAD or equivalent.
• Collaborate with plant employees and work in a team environment.
• Stay current with new technologies and suggest process improvements.
• Develop work instructions and standard work to support the shop floor.
