Job summary

Victaulic is seeking a Fabrication Business Process Coordinator at our Justin, TX facility. This role owns end-to-end process standards across fabrication, driving consistency and continuous improvement in collaboration with Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, HR, Finance, and IT.

You will develop SOPs, maps, and training materials, lead cross-functional projects, and ensure audit-ready documentation within our ERP environment (including M3). Hybrid work arrangement available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, Operations Management, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of fabrication, manufacturing operations, or process improvement experience.
• Experience working cross-functionally in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with process documentation, KPI development, and change management.
• Strong analytical and process-mapping skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end process standards, maps, SOPs, and documentation.
• Standardize processes across functions to reduce variation and align KPIs, controls, and documentation.
• Maintain documentation repositories, SOPs, work instructions, and business transactions in the ERP (including M3).
• Monitor process performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and cross-functional alignment.
• Lead cross-functional projects from scope through implementation and sustainment.
• Develop training materials and drive adoption of new processes and systems (including M3).
• Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, HR, Finance, and IT to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Facilitate workshops to resolve process issues and align stakeholders.
