Job summary

Victaulic in Justin, TX is seeking a Fabrication Business Process Coordinator for a hybrid, full-time role. You will own end-to-end process standards, maps, and documentation across fabrication operations, driving consistency and continuous improvement.

Collaborating with Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, HR, Finance and IT to align KPIs, controls, and training, you will bring a Bachelor’s degree and 3–5+ years in manufacturing to help standardize and scale processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
• 3–5+ years in fabrication or manufacturing operations.
• Experience with process documentation, KPI development, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end process standards and documentation across fabrication operations.
• Standardize processes across functions to reduce variation and align KPIs, controls and documentation.
• Maintain SOPs and training materials; manage documentation repositories and audit readiness.
• Lead cross-functional projects from scope through implementation and sustainment.
• Provide regular progress updates and data-driven insights to leadership.
