Job summary

Victaulic in Justin, TX is seeking a Fabrication Business Process Coordinator to own end-to-end process performance across the fabrication operations. You will standardize processes, maintain documentation, and serve as the final authority on cross-functional issues, collaborating with Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, HR, Finance and IT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, Operations Management, or related field.
• 3-5+ years of experience in fabrication, manufacturing operations, or process/business improvement roles.
• Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Experience with process documentation, KPI development, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end process standards, maps, standard work, and documentation; update as processes evolve.
• Standardize processes across functions to reduce variation and align KPIs, controls, and docs.
• Maintain ERP/MES documentation repositories and SOPs to ensure audit readiness.
• Monitor process performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and quality.
