Job summary

Victaulic seeks a Fabrication Business Process Coordinator in Justin, TX to own end-to-end process performance across the fabrication operation. The role collaborates with Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, HR, Finance, and IT to standardize processes, document controls, and drive continuous improvement across the plant.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or related field.
• 3–5+ years in fabrication, manufacturing operations, or process/business improvement roles.
• Experience documenting processes, KPIs, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end process standards, maps, standard work, and documentation.
• Standardize processes across functions to reduce variation and align KPIs.
• Maintain documentation repositories, SOPs, work instructions, and ERP/MES data for accuracy and audit readiness.
• Lead cross-functional projects and change initiatives from scope to sustainment.
• Develop training materials and drive adoption of new processes and systems.

In this role, you'll ensure standards, controls, and documentation stay aligned across departments, acting as the final decision authority on cross-functional process issues. You'll work closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, HR, Finance, and IT to drive consistency, adoption, and continuous improvement — without directly managing the functional teams that execute the work day to day.
