Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and reliable
• No prior fabrication or coating experience required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
• Attention to detail and pride in quality work

• Basic mechanical aptitude helpful

Responsibilities

• Aid in metal preparation, sanding, grinding, and cleaning of parts
• Assist with powder coating tasks: hanging, masking, prepping, loading curing ovens
• Help move and organize raw materials and finished products
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop environment and follow PPE guidelines
