Job summary

Twin City Powder Coating LLC in Minnesota is hiring for Material Handlers and Powder Coat Pre-Treat positions across ALL shifts. First shift 6am-2:30pm, second shift 12pm-10:30pm, Monday–Friday with possible overtime during busy times.

Responsibilities include hanging parts, safe lifting, packing finished items, inspecting paint finish, and aiding forklift operations. A safe, fast-paced environment with competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Lift 50lbs consistently for the full shift.
• General knowledge in the use of hand tools.
• Able to work in both team and individual settings.
• Comfortable in hot environments and meeting deadlines.
• Reliable transportation and excellent attendance.

Responsibilities

• Hang metal parts on rolling carts using appropriate hooks.
• Use safe lifting techniques for finished products.
• Package painted parts for shipping with proper materials.
• Visually inspect parts for paint finish flaws.
• Assist with forklift driving as needed.
• Support shop floor flow and keep tools and area organized.
• Maintain a safe working environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Are you looking for a fast paced and friendly work environment? Twin City Powder Coating is now hiring ALL Shifts for MATERIAL HANDLERS and Powdercoat Pre-Treat positions.

First Shift : 6am - 2:30pm Monday - Friday

Second Shift: 12pm - 10:30pm Monday - Friday

Shift may vary depending on workload. Overtime available during busy times.

Job Duties include:

• Use appropriate size hook to safely hang metal parts of various sizes and weights on rolling carts.
• Use proper lifting techniques to safely take down finished products.
• Take down painted parts and use proper packaging materials to ensure finished products are protected for shipping.
• Visually inspect all parts for flaws in the paint finish.
• Assist with any fork lift driving that may be needed.
• Assist other areas of the shop floor to help maintain proper work flow.
• Clean and organize tool carts.
• Clean, organize and maintain shop floor.
• Maintain a safe working environment.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:
